Customers can now order online for VAT Free Purchases
EU Customers
Now that we have left the European Union all purchases will be free of VAT.
Please note the you may be required to pay an import duty depending on the
customs rules in each country.
VAT
All prices shown on the web shop do not include sales tax.
This will be added at the checkout stage.
Terms of Business
Invoicing
Goods are invoiced in pounds sterling at prevailing prices at the time of order.
We reserve the right to alter or amend prices at any time.
Carriage
Carriage charges stated are calculated at different rates for:
UK Mainland
Channel Islands
EU Countries
Rest of the World (with exceptions)
These prices are based on the order value therefore heavy parcels for export
may incur additional costs.
Customers outside the UK mainland and in the EU and Rest of the World will
be notified of any extra carriage charges when the order is processed.
Payment must be received before dispatch.
Delivery
Goods will only be dispatched on receipt of payment in full.
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery within the UK unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery times for destinations outside the UK will vary according to the country.
Please ensure that a carrier is able to deliver in normal working hours to
the dispatch address. There will be a charge for parcels returned where
the carrier is unable to obtain a signature.
Returns
Returns must be accompanied by full documentation (ie. invoice, date of supply)
Goods ordered in error, will be eligible for return but must be in their original
packaging and a re-saleable condition. A refund will be given minus the
original postage cost and a small re-stock fee.
Goods sent in error or incomplete will be exchanged or refunded at no cost
to the customer.
In all cases, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase
GDPR Regulations
From 25.05.18 new GDPR regulations come into force and we have to inform you what date we hold for our customers and how we use it. The information you supply when ordering is held by us soley to process the order and provide customer care. Any credit card information is destroyed once the payment is confirmed. We send newsletters only to those who subscribe and anyone wishing to be removed from that list should e-mail richard@rre.co.uk. We do not share customer information with any third party.
